Key Vista in Holiday-Florida has a variety of homes and prices

Key Vista is a lovely neighborhood in Holiday, Florida close to the Gulf of Mexico with a large variety of home types and  a section of free-standing villas for the over 55 crowd. The complex has a clubhouse and pool. There's a county park near by and it's just minutes to the beach. Key Vista is a gated community.

There are 21 homes and/or villas on the market with home prices ranging  from $299,900 to $127,000. 1 home is currently pending. 10 homes have closed since the beginning of the year. Key Vista - Holiday, FL - Neighborhood News

Key Vista is a lovely neighborhood which encompasses all ages. Located close to the Gulf of Mexico, schools and shopping, this is a great family area. Also near country parks and recreation area. There is an over 55 section that is gated. All of Key Vista is gated. You can go to www.mykeyvista.com for information on the community.
