Now, this house is so nice; it has 3 bedrooms which I understand is important to humans (dogs can sleep anywhere but prefer a nice, comfy bed); and 2 baths. The home has been updated and has a huge kitchen (very important when you have a large dog like myself), a breakfast area, and a formal dining room.
The spacious living room has laminate flooring and plenty of room for all of us; dogs & humans. And there is a media/computer/family room.We have 1561 sf for me to roam. There’s an enclosed porch to enjoy the outside without actually being out there (something it’s hard for a dog to understand-what’s not to like about outside?).
And, (doggone) we have no rear neighbors for me to chase or bark at. The yard is completely fenced and there’s even a dog run (which is great if you have those little yappy-style dogs). My humans take great care of the home and make sure it is well-maintained (I have no idea what that means but Toni Weidman, the Realtor, said I should include that). Oh, and she actually wants some pictures of the house too. If you look carefully you can see me again in the 2nd picture
