Thunderbirds in Trinity-Florida
While showing homes in Trinity-Florida we saw this incredible line-up of Thunderbirds. Having already passed by them, of course we had to turn around, go back, and take pictures.
I'm thankful I had my camera with me so I could capture these wonderful birds at the Town Center in LongLeaf at Trinity - Florida.

My husband would have been salivating. HA. Must be a car show or a club in your area this weekend.
Toni- I love seeing classic cars! What a head turner seeing them on the streets.
Anita - my husband was salivating!
It sure was a head-turner, Kathy, and a car turner. :)
Toni, those are beautiful and the black one is my favorite...lucky owners.
I love old restored cars and I would have had to turn around for those too.
Toni,
I'm sorry that they discontinued the T'Bird line. Loved the originals from the 50's/60's, then they seemed to lose their way for a while. Those are beauties though.
Rich
See that red Thunderbird in the top photo? I want it really bad. I can't afford it, but I still WANT it!
Oh what memories. We had a 59 Corvette (red and white) and Ceil's sister and husband had the white Thunderbird. Those were the days. Too bad we couldn't get the play pen in the trunk and went to a station wagon. (ha, ha). Wish I had it back.
Toni, the '55 - '57 T-birds have been, and always will be, one of my favorite cars of all times.
Hi Toni, great job. Didn't they just make you smile. There aren't many autos today that in 20 or 30 years from now that anyone could get excited about. Except that maybe they have wheels and the cars of the future will run on air pushing the car up and air thrusters to make it move. ( Should be much easier to park, LOL )
I wasn't sure what the thunderbirds would be... at first, I was thinking it was the Air Force... lol!
Nick - I like the black one, and the red one and.....
Tammy - I always stop to admire them when I see them.
Rich - the 50's-60's ones are my favorite ones too.
Myrl - you are not alone!
C&C - LOL - same thing here!
Ted - yes, nothing ever came up to those in looks after that.
William - they sure did and lots of other people stopped by to look them over too. The club was meeting in one of the shops there.
Chris - made you look :)
Good Morning Toni, Those are really beautiful "birds" ~ We used to have a red T-bird which we actually drove to Florida in many years ago. Can't imagine what that beauty would be worth today!
Toni, A BIRD with a different twist! Love those red birds! Have a great Holiday weekend!
Toni--You almost confused me with the title 'Thunderbirds' as the US Air Force Thunderbirds are participating in the Cleveland air show this weekend.
Any way it is good to see you again. Thanks for keeping in touch with this summer despite my absence from AR.
Enjoy the long weekend.
Mary
I know guys always go gaga over those older cars and when I mention that they use too much gas, I get those looks that say my comment wasn't appreciated................oh well.....................
Great shots! I love these kinds of birds! You don't see them very often anymore!
Toni,
Those birds are gorgeous. One of our cousins has a green one, it is beautiful and she does want another car, ever. A
L/S - thank you; those are different birds ;)
Joan - red birds are so pretty, I love red!
Mary - I miss you; We have seen the Thunderbirds you're talking about several times at McDill AFB in Tampa.
Barbara-Jo - these are sacred and gas is not a word we use around them.
Debra - No, you don't see them and I think that's a pity. They are gorgeous.
Alexandra - oh, lucky her and I don't blame her for keeping it. A friend of mine had one in high school (Daddy was very rich) and I always felt so cool when I got to ride in it.
I could see myself rolling around in the blue one... HA!
New idea for a closing gift? Why not ;P
Toni--You are so lucky to be so close to AFB. My hubby had a blue Thunderbird before I came into his life. Now it's just a black mustang convertible. That is my ride to the ice cream shoppe tonight. Maybe a pic . . .
