How many average days on the market? National average is 165 days, but in a recent post Barbara Hensley has it down to 129 days. Just curious to see if you are following a trend with the upswing in the housing markets.

Clint - it is hard to determine because when a listing expires and is relisted it starts with day one again. It is not a true picture of the DOM. Wish I could do that.
