They are so happy looking. If flowers can smile, these are...thanks for sharing them with us Toni.
Can't imagine bringing home Pansies today - 30 degrees when I first woke up. It's winter in the Pacific Northwest!
Debb - they always look happy to me too. Where you are: that's just too cold for me-I'm used to Florida and I hate it when it gets cold here. Luckily, it only last a day or two!
Those are so pretty....I agree with Debb that they are a happy plant!!!
Hi Toni - I love pansies too. when I was little I used to talk to them, since they seemed to have such cute little faces.
Deborah - I agree they are a happy-looking plant.
Susan - they always make me smile. I love your story about talking to them.
Happy winter flowers! We normally have them on our patio and kitchen window planter but this winter we haven't had or made the time to go buy any yet. My wife is usually on it by the end of October not sure what's up with that. Humm.... thanks for bringing this to my attention and now to ask Debbie why we have no pretty Pansies.
Toni,
Thanks for sharing your pics...our Pansies aren't even born yet. Spring is right around the corner.
Rich
Toni
The pansies put a lot of color in our gardens.
Good luck and success.

Toni, We usually have pansies in our garden every year, but definitely not this time of the year. It must be so nice to see this blooms now!
Toni,
So glad you posted that picture. I love the range of colors pansies come in. I love having beds of each color. And I am thankful for you and your wonderful posts. A
Hi Toni,
Beautiful pansies and they do look like they are calling out to you "Buy Me"!
Ooohhhh, those are so beautiful. I was just about to ask you how you keep them pistine and blooming in the freezing cold, then I realized you are in forever sunny Florida! I posted a new pic from the farmer festival...:)
Toni, they are a favorite winter flower and they are so sweet. They are a happy flower. Enjoy being in the garden with your Pansies.
These are really pretty Toni. I would love to see some in my flower beds right now instead of brown!
Toni--thanks for the invitation to see these beautifu pansies. Haven't seen any up north yet, not even in the stores. Most do not winter over very well here.
There is something about perfect purple pansies that seem so delightfully cheerful. Nice photo Toni!
Hi Toni. Those are very pretty pansies indeed. We can grow them here too; they don't seem to freeze. I've had them blooming right on, through a covering of snow.
Hi Toni, nice shot. Living in Fla and CA, we are fortunate to be able have these year around. Can't imagine living with snow again, :-)
Thank you everyone. I've been really busy for the last couple of days and haven't had a chance to look at my post comments. I appreciate that you all came over and commented, and I will catch up and return the favor over the next day or so.
I really enjoy pansies and I'm happy to see so many of you do too.
Rich - you keep thinking that :)
Alexandra - thank you--ditto back to you.
Jennifer - I will check out the new picture.
Mary - sorry...
William - I heartily agree with you.
Again thanks, everyone.
Life is better when there are flowers to photograph.
Have an outstanding week!
