Toni I prefer market reports like this one that are complee, albeit concise. You present the material in a way that highlights your in-depth lkowledge of your market and what information will be appreciated by consumers

Jennifer - the Trinity section is the newer one, and when it started up, the post office wasn't willing to give it it's own zip. I think now they wish they had.
