Bark For Life is Saturday-Feb 18, 2012 at Gulf High School - The SPCA Suncoast will be there
Bark for Life is the Canines for a Cure fund-raising event supporting Relay for Life of New Port Richey-Florida. While the American Cancer Society does not fund research that affects our furry friends, this event gives us an opportunity to be empowered through their canine companions. And, it gives everyone a chance to contribute to finding a cause for cancer.
Family members and their canine companions can come out and enjoy demonstrations, contests and games to support the American Cancer Society.
The event will be held at Gulf High School, 5355 School Road, New Port Richey-FL 9am -1pm. You can email them at Bark4LifePasco@gmail.com or follow them on Facebook at Bark For Life - Pasco County
Or phone Sheila Stiles at 727-849-1397 or Mary Bray 727-492-6846
SPCA Suncoast will be there so come on out and spend some time and bring your furry children too.

Hi Toni, Great way to get people out to support a great cause, by encouraging people to bring their dogs.
Hope a lot of money is raised!
Gloria
I would love to be there to support our furry friends! These events are always so much fun because of them :)
Gloria - I hope so too. Thanks.
Jennnifer - that is so true. I'm going to a Valentine Yappy Hour tonight - costumes and all!
Toni,
What a lovely idea and co marketing effort. I just had a chat with a guy who brought a beautiful white bulldog into Trader Joe's. The manager came over to make sure the dog was a service dog, and yes, he had his service tag. The owner told me that his dog just spent several weeks living with terminal cancer patients and cheered them up. A
dogs and cats do a wonderful job of making people feel better, Alexandra. That's a great story.
Bark for Life -- how adorable is that? And such great fundraisers! Who can resist-puppydog eyes?
Toni, You get the word out for such a great cause. Keep up the good work!
Hi Toni, Bark For Life...what a wonderful cause and another terrific event sponsored by SPCA Suncoast ~ Hope it's well attended!
Dianne - I know I can't.
Will - I try to help anyway I can.
Larry & Sheila - it will be a fun event. Just pray for no rain.
