Toni,
Glad to hear solds are up for your market place, and it bodes well for you and Craig. Have a great weekend. A
Howdy and evening Toni
Toni my friend, that there hungry Fisher seems to have found someone bait fish, that sure is an outstanding photo of it.
As always this sure is an outstanding and mighty helpful Home Sales Report!
Have a good one

Oh wow, Toni, I had no idea you were looking at such a high percentage of distressed properties. That makes it so difficult for people who aren't distressed but just want to move. Here in the Raleigh Triangle area our percentage of distresed properties on the market is below 10%.
Alexandra - thanks; things seem to be picking up a bit.
Dale - I took a whole series of pictures of the hungry fisher. I'll put them up sometime. Thanks.
Dianne - that does seem really high in Holiday. I checked the numbers several different ways but it came out the same. It wasn't that way for the New Port Richey and Hudson areas.
Toni, At least the SOLD's are up in Holiday FL and that's good news for this time of year. Maybe this is a nice indication that it will catch up to New Port Richey and the Hudson area!
Toni, First. the piccture is a gem! That's a one of a kind! It's always interesting to see the market breakdown of other Florida cities on distressed vs. non distressed properties.
Good morning, Toni --- nice reporting on the Second Quarter 2012 Home Sales Report for Holiday Florida --- and I love the photo of the Hungry Fisher Pat Anclote Park in Holiday FLorida. Wishing you a great weekend!
Larry and Sheila - I think the short sales/foreclosures are finally moving through in Holiday-- a little later than some other areas.
Sandy - thank you, I love that picture. Holiday is just lagging behind a bit and maybe things will be different at the end of the 3rd quarter.
William - That's one of my favorite photos too. Thanks.
