Hudson Beach in Hudson, FL. A Delightful Place To Spend Time
Come and climb the observation tower at Hudson Beach Park and enjoy the view over the water. The beach isn’t large but the sunsets really do make up for that. You can sit in a shelter and enjoy lunch away from the crowds and watch for the dolphin to swim by. The day I was there, a dolphin swam past down the channel to the side of me. Because of the angle, I wasn’t able to capture him.
The beach is located at the end of Clark Street. There are restaurants within walking distance; Sam’s on the Beach and Inn on the Gulf, and several smaller places. You will enjoy watching the boats go by and looking for hermit crabs. There is no need to make a reservation and no parking fee. Bathrooms are available along with cold water showers. The kids will enjoy the pirate cove play area. It's a great place to walk, enjoy a picnic lunch, and visit with friends.
All photos and video brought to you by Toni Weidman, Re/Max Sunset. I can help you find your home in Hudson and you can enjoy the sunsets too. Call me at 727-237-0083.
