Re/Max Sunset Realty In Hudson, FL - A Family Party

Our Re/Max Sunset Realty Broker, David Longspaugh, had a wonderful party for all of us in the company. It was held at Homewood Suites in Port Richey on the outside patio Saturday evening. Two of our agents are part of the band, Thunder Highway, and entertained us all evening. The patio is large enough for us to dance on. And we could use the beautiful pool.

David, our broker, was also our chef, and cooked hot dogs, hamburgers, pork sausages, onions and peppers on the grill. And, cookies for dessert.

It was great relaxing  with our friends and associates and just having fun. David swears that I came back to Re/Max Sunset for the great parties. We’re having a Thanksgiving party and, of course, Christmas.  So maybe that did play a part in our decision to go back to Re/Max Sunset.

Shhh, don't tell David...we're really glad we did.

Toni, sure sounds like David wants to make a great atmosphere for his agents and KUDOS to him.   Our office owners believes agents should mingle too and have a monthly luncheon.

Big news-you're a party girl! Toni, life is too short not to enjoy-so have a wonderful time with friends at these parties - it's a great way to get to know everyone and just chill.

Looks like a good time Toni.  So, is David right?  Is that why you went back?  The parties?  Adult beverages would bring me back....................

Hi Toni,

Any time there is good food involved, there will be a crowd. Good to see you have a good time with good friends.

Have a nice day in Trinity.

Good Morning Toni, good times with friends and family are always well received, having food is of course mandatory. Kudos to David for bringing Remax Sunset team together.

Toni  We have parties, too, but not poolside.  One of our best events is a potluck party when our broker's two ofices get together

Toni, it looks like you have a great broker. What a fun party and the fact that it was poolside is even better. I'm jealous of your gorgeous weather!

Toni,  That looks like a great time.  I love it when our brokers do all the work (like grilling).

Kristin - the best in the area.

Joanna - it is nice; kind of like a meet-up in the Rain.

Dorie - it is, and he loves throwing parties.

Anita - it is going well. I feel like I'm home.

Fred - it is and David is always in a great mood. So the girls in the office are too.

Sheila - it was fun and very relaxing in spite of how hot and humid it was.

Clint - yes, free good food does bring out the crowds.

Beth - that's true and we enjoy it.

Kathy - what else do agents ever talk about :)

Will - I sure do. So glad I made the move back.

Alexandra - we could also bring guests too.

Karen - that does sound like fun. I think our Thanksgiving party will be one where we can bring our favorite dish.

Amanda - it was very hot and humid with no breeze but there's a water curtain over the pool that kept us cooled down a bit.

Belinda - me too! It was fun to see someone else cooking.

Hi Toni, You are in a great RE/MAX Office. We used to have a couple parties each year and more and more agents are opting to work from home and not be a part of the office. Whatever works, I suppose. But miss the parties we used to have. We were allowed to invite all of our clients and hundreds of people would come and we had entertainment and the works. Those were awesome times.
Posted by William Johnson, Retired Real Estate Professional (Retired) over 6 years ago

Thanks, Roy. It is fun.

Rob - thanks you.

Mary - yes, who would have thunk it

William - I think that's why David throws these parties. We actually still have several office dwellers but most of us work from home so I think he likes to get us together so we know who our fellow associates are. Most offices don't do parties anymore...a cost factor, I'm sure.
