There were 9 Sales in October, 2013; ranging from $128,500 for a 1,338 sf condo in Gulf Island Beach & Tennis Club with a view of the Gulf. Ranging down to $30,600 for 733 sf in Pine Ridge at Sugar Creek.

Average sales were $58,122 which is 92%  list/sale price ratio and average days to contract: 215.

Sales in October 2012 were the same as 2013= 9.
